For over 14 years, Phill has been a leadership partner to Microsoft, designing and delivering high impact programs across the company’s worldwide businesses.

Highlights include:

• Co-designing and delivering Microsoft’s Executive and Partner Onboarding experiences.

• Hosting Discover Day every year, Microsoft’s signature career-building event reaching over 35,000 participants in 209 countries across the Asia, EMEA and Americas regions.

• Co-creating Influence Unplugged, Microsoft’s rolling month-long immersion for the sales and marketing teams.

• Leading large-scale early-career events for Microsoft in Orlando and Las Vegas.

• Global delivery of talent development programs in India, Italy, England, Turkey, USA, Singapore, China, Australia, Spain, Russia, Poland, the Netherlands, Germany, Czech Republic and Canada.

Since 2024, Phill has supported the AGPC's Executive Leadership Team with 1:1 sessions, team development sessions, leadership off-sites in Melbourne, and on-ground support at the Australian Grand Prix.

In response to the sport's fast-moving and high-pressure nature, Phill architects sessions to address real-time challenges, strategic priorities, and the realities of leading in complex environments.

Phill’s approach is also practice-driven, with actions between sessions designed to turn concepts into habits.

In partnership with Bethesda Game Studios, Phill designed and delivered a bespoke leadership program combining individual executive development with live team learning.  

Grounded in the belief that lasting change happens when leaders and teams grow together, the program was anchored by 1:1 sessions between Phill and the senior leader, alongside parallel team sessions.  

The program culminated in a Miami off-site to mark the team entering their 40th year, serving as time for strategic planning, reflection and celebration.

Since 2024, Phill has been a key partner to Xbox leadership.  

Phil has hosted major summits in New York and Chicago, delivering keynotes and facilitating interactive breakout sessions, group dialogue and open Q&A over multiple days.

Phill has also created Outer Edge, an ongoing virtual learning series that invites senior leaders to step beyond the day-to-day demands of the business and explore ideas just beyond their current field of view.

In partnership with the Chief Human Resources Officer and key stakeholders, Phill designed and delivered a first-of-its-kind, 3-day digital learning event for the manager community of GitHub.

This worldwide virtual event acknowledged the challenges of 2020 and brought together teams and leaders to establish a framework for personal leadership and resilience.

Phill’s dynamic approach emphasized participation and engagement throughout, with rhetorical content design, direct audience provocations, moments of guided self-reflection, and regular opportunities for peer-to-peer conversations.

Phill returned in May 2021 to architect and deliver another iteration of the Manager Meetup.

At the outset of the pandemic in 2020, Phill was directly called upon by the faculty of EO, the world’s leading network for founders and entrepreneurs to connect with its global membership for a digital speaking tour, focussing on emotional leadership, courage and high performance in times of uncertainty and change.

Under the direction of the Senior Director, People and Operations, Phill designed and delivered an deeply impactful hybrid program for Directors of BCG Digital Ventures. 



The Director's Program blended in-the-room experiences, engaging online programming and self-paced online learning to immerse leaders in conversations and reflections focussing on Emotional Leadership, Executive Presence, Psychological Safety and Inclusion. 



World class guest contributors including Professor Laura Huang of Harvard and Wharton featured alongside the company's most senior executives.
