In 2014, Phill established Nosworthy Group, a bespoke learning and development company that designs and delivers transformational learning experiences for some of the greatest and the most impactful organizations on
earth.
Phill’s online learning platforms have been adopted by more than 10,000 students worldwide, in organizations like the Commonwealth Bank, Telstra, Singtel and Microsoft.
These transformative learning experiences are often built in collaboration with leading thinkers, including Esther Perel, Ryan Holiday, Dr Susan David, Jay Shetty and Adam Grant.

SOCIAL IMPACT ADVISOR
Prior to establishing Nosworthy Group, Phill worked at the award-winning behavior change firm, ChangeLabs (now part of EY’s Climate Change and Sustainability Services).
There, Phill designed unique social initiatives that combined best practices in philanthropy, education and marketing to create broad social change.
At ChangeLabs, Phill worked his way from team facilitator, to program manager and then executive as the Global Head of Partnerships and Business Development.
At Nosworthy Group, Phill remains committed to social impact, with one Thursday per month dedicated to mentoring leaders of not-for-profit organizations, and leaders for whom practice fees are a barrier for entry.
HUSBAND AND FATHER
Above everything else, Phill considers his greatest role and joy in life as being husband to Jess, and Dad to Zander and Odin. They live in Byron Bay, Australia where you will find them surfing, riding horses and motorbikes and soaking up this precious and extraordinary thing called family life.
